WOW!!! We cannot say enough about the villa... It was definitely FIRST CLASS! We had plenty of room and privacy with 9 adults and 5 children ages 8 to 15. Even the decor and furnishings were first class. A renter in the neighboring house came over to check it out and she could not believe the exceptional quality and sophistication. The Falle's obviously take great pride in their home. The location was fantastic. It felt like we were out in the country, but we were minutes from everything! With the Christmas week traffic, it was 15 minutes to the Disney parks, 20 minutes to the Universal Studios parks, and WalMart was right around the corner for groceries, film developing, and ANYTHING we forgot!
To the Falle's - THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. We've been recommending your truly First Class Villa to anyone considering wasting their money on hotel rooms in Orlando/ Kissimmee.
And... WE hope to get the pleasure enjoy your villa again some day and spend more time "at home"!!!

A week just wasn't long enough, would love to come back again.
Children loved the pool and spa, we enjoyed the space and freedom to come and go as we pleased.

We had a fantastic time in your First Class Villa! It's location was great with close proximity to all of the theme parks and entertainment that you could ever dream of. The villa itself was indeed luxurious, and the themed rooms were amazing and very spacious-perfect for the whole family. The pool area was beautiful and the villa and it's location exceeded all of our expectations. We had a wonderful holiday and look forward to coming again!

| All 11 of us enjoyed your villa! We all had our own bedrooms (seven!) and bathrooms (4.5!) It was everything we expected. This villa is close to the Disney parks as well as every chain restaurant and store on the planet. The gated community was beautiful, quiet, and safe. The kids loved the pool...I believe as much as Disney! We would recommend this villa to our friends and would rent it again in the future. Thank you! |

We have to say, what a beautiful villa you have, we have stayed in a few in Florida and think yours is among the best. The children spent a lot of time in the games room and pool (as you'd expect I guess!) The furnishings are what you described-luxurious. We will be in touch for next year. Thanks again.
