We want you to enjoy your home away from home and have added every convenience that you would expect from a first class Villa. The furnishings are all of the highest quality and you will find that every room has been upgraded to provide a luxurious environment to help you fully enjoy your family vacation. Cable TV & DVDs are in all bedrooms and the DVD players are multi-region, so you can bring some of your favourite films from your collection. We also provide a selection of films for you. Children will also like staying at this Villa as bespoke themed accommodation has been provided to cater for their demanding needs. As you would expect, the Villa is fitted with full air conditioning and central heating.

Ground Floor
Family Room
This spacious room is perfect for the family to relax, chat or simply watch TV or a DVD. There is plenty of room to unwind with sumptuous leather seating which include a three seat sofa, two seat sofa and an armchair. The room as been tastefully decorated to complement it’s luxurious furnishings.

Kitchen
You will love the kitchen which has been finished with Beech cabinets. Here you will find every kitchen appliance you will need which includes a Kettle, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Fridge, Ice maker, Oven, Hob and Dishwasher. Of course, we also provide your Cutlery, Crockery, Cooking pans and Utensils. You will be happy to spend as much time in the kitchen as you wish.

Nook
The Nook is situated next to the kitchen and has a lovely cottage style kitchen table with four chairs. It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast before setting off for the parks, or perhaps to relax with a tea or a coffee.

Utility Room
Not that you’ll want to do the families washing while you’re on holiday, but if you do, we have supplied a fully plumbed automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board.

Half bathroom
There is a separate downstairs toilet and wash hand basin for your convenience.

Games Room
The Games Room is supplied with a Pool Table and an Air Hockey Machine and will provide you with plenty of fun and entertainment. We also have an Electronic Darts Board, (so no sharp darts to worry about!)

Dining Room
The Dining Room is complete with a beautiful dining table and eight chairs. The ideal setting to enjoy a formal dinner with your friends. All place settings, glassware and place mats are provided in the Villa for you.

Lounge
This lounge is absolutely magnificent and is an ideal place to chat and to discuss the day’s events. Having two separate seating areas is a must as it allows you some where quieter to relax if others wish to watch the Television.

Master Bedroom Suite 1 (King Size Bed)
This Master Bedroom Suite has a huge King Size four-poster bed with bedside cabinets, side lamps and an alarm clock radio. You will also find a dressing table, mirror, and a very large walk in wardrobe. You can also relax in bed and watch cable TV or a DVD.

The en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath and a separate shower. There is also plenty of cupboard space under the marble topped double sinks. All towels and a hair dryer are provided for your use.

First Floor
Master Bedroom Suite 2 (King Size Bed)
The second Master Bedroom Suite has a huge King Size sleigh bed with bedside cabinets, side lamps and an alarm clock radio. Here to, you will also find a dressing table, mirror, and large walk in wardrobe. Cable TV and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment.

The en-suite bathroom has a bath with a shower. Double marble topped sinks complement this beautifully luxurious bathroom. Again, all towels and a hair dryer are provided for your use.

Cottage Room (Queen Size Bed)
This elegant bedroom has a Queen Size bed and has been given a country cottage feel with beautiful traditional furniture and a patchwork quilt. You will also find a dresser with mirror, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. The room has cable TV, a DVD player and an alarm clock radio.

USA Bedroom (Twin Beds)
Celebrating the great USA, this room is fabulous, fun and is furnished with the illustrious stars and stripes! The furniture includes a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. As well as cable TV & DVD player, we also have a Playstation2 for your enjoyment.

Nautical Bedroom (Twin Beds)
An attractive seaside theme has been used in this bedroom, which makes use of a chic anchor table, a life buoy mirror and a lighthouse bedside light! As well as a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe, we also have cable TV and a VCR.

Mickey Mouse Bedroom (Twin Beds)
We couldn’t leave the Mouse out! This room is designed in the ‘classic’ Mickey Mouse style and will appeal to adults as well as children. There is plenty of drawer space and a fitted wardrobes. There is even a Mickey Mouse TV and DVD player.

Princess Room (Twin Beds)
This enchanting room is beautiful and is complete with two canopy beds, which are perfect for two little Princesses! As well as the bedside cabinets, and fitted wardrobes, the theme is complete with a princess bedside lamp and a special TV and DVD player.

House Bathroom 1
This stylishly furnished bathroom is complete with a bath and shower. The wash hand basin has fitted cupboards below for storage. The bathroom also includes all towels and is equipped with a hair dryer.

House Bathroom 2
To appeal to children of all ages, we have carried through the Mickey Mouse theme to this bathroom. This bathroom also has a bath and shower and the wash hand basin has fitted cupboards below. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Exterior
Leading off from the patio windows in the Nook and the Family Room, you will find our large covered extended deck. This whole area is surrounded with a fine mesh lanai, which will keep out any unwanted insects. The extra size heated pool* also has an attached raised spa. Please be aware that the lanai does not provide protection against the sun so please ensure that your party and any children have adequate sun protection. Patio table and chairs are provided together with sun lounges. Beyond the lanai is a lawned garden, which is routinely maintained by professional gardeners.

To the front of the house, there are beautiful indigenous plants and a tropical palm tree. There is also off road parking for several cars.

* Pool heat is charged extra and can be requested when booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that children are supervised at all times whilst using the pool and spa.
